PHP LLC WILL BEGIN PROCESSING APPLICATIONS 72 HOURS AFTER THEIR ADVERTISEMENT FIRST APPEARS ON EITHER CRAIGSLIST OR ZILLOW AND ITS AFFILIATED WEBSITES.

PHP LLC does not CHARGE A SCREENING FEE.

PHP LLC CONSIDERS THE FOLLOWING SCREENING CRITERIA:

The applicant’s rental history;
The applicant’s character references;
The applicant’s current and historic employment history;
Public records and credit reports;
The applicant’s credit references, as well as the applicant’s financial resources, including the applicant’s savings accounts, checking accounts, and other liquid financial assets.

PHP LLC RENTS ONLY HISTORIC PROPERTIES, WHICH ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE DWELLING UNITS.
