The Belmont
The Belmont was built in 1926 and is located just three miles from downtown Portland. It is part of an urban neighborhood surrounded by Laurelhurst Park to the west, Mount Tabor Park to the east, the Hawthorne Business District to the south and the Burnside Business District to the north.
The building consists of eleven one bedroom and five studio apartments. Each apartment retains its old world charm but has been renovated in the following particulars:
- Rewired electrical with plenty of grounded outlets – No dangerous extension cords required
- New plumbing – Water is delivered via new copper water lines – All fixtures are new and of the highest quality
- Fully insulated walls and windows keep you warm in winter and cool in summer

In 2006, we added a rooftop deck, with lounge chairs and a nice view of downtown, so that our tenants would have a place to kick back and enjoy a sunny day. We also have on-site laundry and dedicated bike storage.
